Circle In welcomes the iconic Australian brand Visy as the latest company to support its working parents through our leading online parental leave program.

Visy’s employees in Australia will now have access to supportive content and resources for each stage of the parental leave and return to work journey through Circle In’s industry-leading portal.

Circle In Co-founder and Director, Jodi Geddes, said Visy joins a group of progressive businesses driving meaningful change in supporting parents to achieve their career and family ambitions.

“Visy is known as an industry leader in packaging, which has transformed from a small box maker to provide world-class integrated packaging and sustainable recycling solutions that align with customer and industry needs,” Jodi said.

“It’s Visy’s values-led approach to supporting its working parents that will help reduce the gender pay gap, enhance female career progression and encourage more fathers to take on primary carers roles,” she said.

In March last year, Visy started on a journey to attract and advance more women to achieve a greater gender balance within its workforce.

The launch of an ‘Executive Mentoring Program’ for female leaders, plus national engagement workshops with females and leaders has in turn seen an increase in senior female representation across each division – a fantastic achievement for Visy.

Amy Walker, Executive General Manager, People at Visy, said: “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Circle In, as we’ll now be able to provide useful, meaningful and practical support to our Visy working parents at all stages of one of life’s greatest journey’s – becoming a parent and building a family.

“Being a family owned business, this is something that is very close to us.

“Visy’s partnership with Circle In and the launch of our stay in touch program is another step in the right direction to drive our ongoing commitment to achieving a greater gender balance at Visy and fostering an inclusive culture for all employees,” Ms Walker said.

Circle In congratulates Visy for its commitment and leadership towards all working parents.
